bomb_dropped executes EVERY TIME A PLAYER DROPS THE BOMB, also executes on EACH PLAYER THAT DROPS THE BOMB

Variables Specific to bomb_dropped That Are Expanded:

           The userid of the person that dropped the bomb

           The name of the person that dropped the bomb
