Removes players specfied weapon

identifier - See Est_PlayerSelection for player selection help
weapon / slot - Choose one of the following:
- 1 - Primary weapon
- 2 - Secondary weapon
- 3 - Knife
- 4 - Grenade
- weapon - See List_of_CSS_weapons
